Antonio Blanco is an economist. With a diploma in Planning at the ILPES from Santiago de Chile, he is also the Former Minister of Economy and former vice minister of Investment and Competence. He has been a consultant for UNICEF, IADB and other private enterprise in El Salvador. He directs and coordinates the political climate and strategic analysis for processes of communication designed for our clients.
